Straya Camp & Trek began with a simple idea — to provide Australians with high-quality, custom-built 4x4 and camping canopies that make outdoor adventures easier and more enjoyable. 1. What makes the expedition 360 different? Our Expedition 360s are built tough for Australian conditions. We focus on durability, precision fitment, and versatility, ensuring a seamless integration with your ute. Each camper is custom-made for a perfect fit, fully weatherproof, and built with premium materials to handle off-road adventures.

2. Will the Expedition 360 fit my ute? Yes! Our canopy campers are custom-built to fit most ute tray types. We have detailed data and measurements for most makes and models, but we may request some **simple tray measurement from you (such as length and width) to ensure a 100% perfect fit with no margin for error

3. What materials are used in the construction? Our 360 Expedition are made from high-strength aluminium and composite materials, offering lightweight durability without compromising strength. They are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, dust, water, and extreme off-road use

4. Is the expedition 360 weatherproof? Absolutely! Our canopy campers are fully sealed against dust and water ingress making them ideal for rain, mud, and rough terrain. The high-quality rubber seals and reinforced panels keep your gear dry and secure, no matter where you go.

5. Can I install accessories like rooftop tents and awnings? Yes! Our canopy campers are modular and can be fitted with rooftop tents, awnings, roof racks, solar panels, and more. We even offer a 250cm aluminium hard-shell awning with 420D vinyl-coated Oxford fabric and LED lighting as an optional upgrade.

6. How does installation work? The expedition 360 is designed for easy installation and can be*mounted directly onto your ute tray. If you’re local, we can assist with installation at our workshop. Otherwise, we provide detailed instructions so you can install it yourself or have a professional do it.

7. Do you offer shipping, and how long does it take? Yes! We ship across Australia Since each order is custom-made, production times may vary, but generally, orders take 4-6 weeks to manufacture and ship. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

8. What is your return policy? We only accept returns if the product is damaged during delivery. If this happens, contact us *within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases, so please double-check your measurements before ordering.

9. Is there a warranty on the canopy campers?Yes! All our canopy campers come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any issues, simply contact us, and we’ll assist you with your claim.
